Meet our team.
Nadine is the owner and founder of Chalati Lawyer. She specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, real estate and finance. Nadine regularly advises businesses in respect of a wide range of matters such as drafting, negotiating and revising contracts, negotiating investments, buying and selling businesses, revising and negotiating complex commercial leases, re-organization and fiscal rollovers and obtaining commercial financing. She also assists not-for-profits and charities in obtaining charity status and municipal tax exemptions for their buildings.
Her portfolio of clients spans various industries, including pharmacies, medical clinics, financial planning and investment firms, religious institutions, industrial businesses, real estate, retail businesses and food distribution and production.
Nadine was included in the 2026 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for her work in Corporate Law. She is also the award winner of the RBC Women of Influence Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards in 2020. Her love for business and business growth allows her to deliver valuable insights to her clients in their day-to-day legal challenges.
In addition to managing an active practice, Nadine is closely involved in managing firm operations including business development, marketing and the growth strategy of the firm. Outside of her role at Chalati Lawyer, Nadine sits on various board such as Comité Juridique de la Coalition Inclusion Québec and The Study Old Girls Association, among others.

Kimberly is a corporate lawyer who recently joined the Chalati Lawyer team in April 2024. Before joining the firm, she completed her articling in a firm where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal and is currently completing the Juris Doctor at Université de Montréal, which will enable her to deepen her knowledge of the legal systems in Canada.
During her studies, she distinguished herself through her leadership and commitment, notably by participating in pro bono causes and legal clinics and by leading her university’s team at McMUN (Mcgill Model United Nations Assembly).
Outside of work, she will either be at the gym, planning her next summer destination or discovering a new coffee shop in town.
Loyal and open-minded, she is able to meet her clients’ timely requirements with enthusiasm and professionalism.
She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Alexis Silva has graduated with honours from the paralegal technology program at O’Sullivan College of Montreal. Throughout her academic journey, she acted as a peer tutor and showcased her skills at the college’s final debate club competition in honor of Me Christiane Vincent. Additionally, she participated in the student ambassador program, representing the college at job fairs and open houses.
Driven by her ambition in law, Alexis dedicated her summers to gaining practical experience in fields touching criminal and family law, giving her important tools to navigate through complex and often emotional situations as a future paralegal. However, inspired by her upbringing among several entrepreneurs, she developed a keen interest in the dynamics of corporate law, leading her to undertake an internship at Chalati Lawyer to deepen her knowledge and legal experience.
Apart from her legal career, Alexis harbors a passion for history, which manifests in her love for travelling and culinary explorations.
